We are building an airline, and most of it is still to be built.
Likoma Airlines is young. That means the person who joins now shapes how something works rather than inheriting it — and it means the work is real from the first week.
We recruit across flight operations, engineering, ground handling, commercial, customer service and corporate functions. Most roles are based in Lilongwe or Blantyre, with some at the outstations we serve.
Aviation skills are scarce in the region, so we invest in developing them rather than waiting for them to appear. Cadet and apprenticeship programmes run for pilots, engineers and cabin crew, with training bonded against a period of service.
