What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This policy explains how Likoma Airlines Limited handles personal information. It applies to this website, our mobile app, our contact centre and our airport operations.
We collect what a booking requires: name, contact details, travel document details, payment information and any accessibility or dietary requirements you tell us about. We collect it because we cannot carry you without it, and because aviation regulators require some of it.
We share information with airport and immigration authorities where the law requires, with our ground handling agents at each airport, and with payment processors. We do not sell personal information to anybody.
Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems. Booking records are retained for the period required by aviation and tax regulations, then deleted.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything not required by law. Write to the data protection contact through the contact form and we will respond within thirty days.
