Travelling with children
Infants, children and the practicalities of flying with both.
Infants under two travel on an adult's lap at ten per cent of the adult fare. Children aged two to eleven have their own seat at seventy-five per cent. Both are added to the same booking as the accompanying adult.
One infant per adult, and one piece of collapsible baby equipment — a pram or a car seat — travels free in addition to your baggage allowance. Bring it to the aircraft door and it will be waiting for you on arrival.
Bassinets are available on the 737 for infants under 11kg, at the bulkhead rows. They are limited and are allocated in booking order, so ask early.
Baby food, formula and milk are exempt from the 100ml liquid limit in quantities reasonable for the journey. Our crew will warm a bottle for you.
Families with children under five board first, before general boarding, so you have time to settle without a queue behind you.
