Likoma Airlines Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of ACE Holdings Limited and is registered in Malawi. The airline is governed by its own board, which reports to the parent company.

The board meets quarterly and maintains audit, risk and remuneration committees. Safety performance is a standing item at every meeting, reported directly by the accountable manager rather than through the executive.

Annual financial statements are prepared under IFRS and audited independently. They are available to shareholders and to regulators on request.
